900 CHF for this headphones but the app does not work
The most annoying app in the world. Interferes with the phone connecting to the headphones. Phone says you need to use the app. App says it's connected. Phone says you need to use the app. Repeat until you're ready to throw them out the window.
Requires an account simply to control the headphones - so they can spam me with marketing emails. I already handed you $450 for the headset that should be enough to cover free access to the control section of the app. App takes forever (about a minute, seriously) to connect to the headphones for control. Hardware is good, app is horrible and forcing me to create an account is bad customer satisfaction. Learn that service is the difference when the hardware is very similar across brands.
I'll keep it short, this app sucks! Considering how much B&O charge for their products one would hope they could invest in their software and apps. This app is as near to unusable as I have found. If it wasn't necessary for the products I would have uninstalled it It seriously devalues the marque
